It was founded by the Engineer Awny AbouNawareg  in 1980 . and since that the company is playing a main role in supplying all the thermal , acoustical and fire insulation materials for most of the Industrial , commercial , residential and touristic projects in Egypt .

Bita Engineering is the sole agent and main distributor for many leader international Facotries,
Such as ( Rockwool technical insulation (Lapinus) , Izocam , Sanifoam , Foster....etc)

Bita 's name extended till it crossed the Egyptian borders , bita  is supplying material in Libya , Sudan , Algeria , Iraq , Afghanistan ....etc
